All products supplied carry the supplier or manufacturer's performance / replacement warranty. The industry standard is 12 months, however there are exceptions, please confirm before making a purchase.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If the product fails please call our helpline +27 (0)11 581 8000 (Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm) or info@mrelectriconline.co.za indicate your invoice number with your proof of purchase, to have the faulty product repaired or replaced.
Faulty products within the said warranty period will be covered by the warranty.
All costs pertaining to transport within the Warranty period will be paid for by Mr Electric Online.
In the event of products ordered correctly and supplied incorrectly, transport will be paid by Mr Electric.
In the event of products ordered incorrectly a restocking fee of 10% will be levied and the return transport will be for the Purchaser's own account.
We retain the right to repair or replace products that have failed at their discretion on presentation of the said proof of purchase.
